With 18 years of experience within the company, Jeremy’s expertise spans networking, M365 management, and data analytics. His approach to skill development is hands-on, rooted in experimentation and practical application, ensuring that every solution proposed to clients has been thoroughly tested and validated.

Jeremy’s work philosophy is grounded in the principle of learning from mistakes. He believes that challenges and setbacks provide invaluable opportunities for growth and improvement. His approach to problem-solving combines thorough research with persistence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Despite his dedication to his work, Jeremy understands the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Supported by his fiancé, he finds solace in activities outside of work, allowing himself time to recharge and gain fresh perspectives that often lead to innovative solutions to work-related challenges.

Driven by Simon Sinek’s philosophy that “people don’t buy what you do; they buy why you do it,” Justin approaches his work with a deep sense of purpose and authenticity. He believes in leading by example, drawing on his extensive managerial experience and a willingness to seek guidance from others when faced with challenges. Balancing work and personal life, Justin cherishes moments with his family and values the company’s commitment to fostering a supportive, family-friendly culture.

Beyond his managerial duties, Justin brings a touch of humor and lightheartedness to the workplace. From his failed attempts at staying awake past 10 pm to his unconventional choice of self-defense—a jumbo, belt-fed Nerf gun—Justin’s quirky personality adds vibrancy to the office environment. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and indulging in his hobby of collecting bourbon.

As the sole account manager at INC SYSTEMS, Matt plays a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with clients. With expertise in communication and team building, Matt ensures that both clients and the internal team feel supported and uplifted, driving positive outcomes with a genuine smile.

Driven by a genuine desire to please others, Matt’s work philosophy revolves around ensuring the happiness of both staff and clients. He approaches challenges with proactive communication, tackling obstacles head-on to find swift resolutions. While Matt describes himself as an average guy with no standout skills, his office isn’t without its surprises. A Nerf gun stands ready for weekly office battles, injecting a sense of fun and camaraderie into the workspace. Outside of the office, Matt enjoys relaxing boat rides and spending quality time with family and friends on the water, along with exercising and the occasional round of golf.

“Over the years our company has operated on a network which has evolved from basic PC’s connected to a simple and unprotected server. Our internet service was a separate issue.
